FIRM FOUNDER, AUSTIN EMPLOYEE RIGHTS ATTORNEY Nicole M. Conger is an Employee Rights Attorney who represents clients across Texas who are subjected to illegal treatment and discord with their current or former employers. Nicole received her law degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2011 where she was an Associate Editor for the St. Mary’s LawJournal. Nicole was an active member of the Board of Advocates, and she clerked for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
Nicole’s practice focuses on labor and employment disputes against large and small companies in various Texas and Federal jurisdictions. She has successfully represented employees through the EEOC and litigation processes with claims arising out of the Texas Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Nicole brings her passion, eagerness, and enthusiasm for employment law by continuing to personally represent clients with discrimination, retaliation, medical leave interference, work-place harassment, LGBT-Related sexual orientation and gender identity issues, and hostile work environment claims.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She earned bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Red McCombs School of Business in the Top 2% of her class. Nicole was the only recipient of the James Scranton Peevey three-year endowed scholarship. Nicole’s background in business allows her to lead clients in making some of the most challenging economic decisions, while balancing the emotions that clients face in every day realties of their claims.
Nicole is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Austin Bar Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, Texas Employment Lawyers Association, and Texas Exes. She is licensed to practice law in Texas. Nicole is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts, which includes the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts, as well as Texas state courts. Nicole was recently elected as a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation. Each year, the Foundation invites the top one-third of 1% percent of Texas attorneys to become Fellows as one of the highest honors.
